Careers at BOSS Webtech

We hire across corporate operations, business development, and the non-infrastructure technology disciplines that support our parent firm and its specialized practices. Engineering and infrastructure-software roles within our specialized practices are listed separately — for CivilFlow.ai engineering positions, see civilflow.ai/careers.

What we look for

BOSS Webtech is a fifteen-year-old Indian software firm with a long-arc, low-churn culture. Our most consequential engagements span years; our team relationships span longer. We hire for the long arc— operational discipline, written-communication clarity, attention to client commitments — and we expect the work to compound across years rather than flash brilliantly across months.

If you have shipped software that someone else had to keep running in a state-government data centre at 3 a.m., or managed a corporate workflow that survived three reorganisations, or written a procurement response that won a multilateral-funded engagement, you will find the firm familiar. If you are looking for a fast-paced consumer-product environment, we are probably not the right fit.
